I would like to place on record our appreciation for all the hard work undertaken by Fleming Buildings Ltd on this complex multi-phased refurbishment project. The ward remained operational throughout the 6 Phases which would not have been possible without Fleming Buildings working closely with NHSL staff on a daily basis.

Working with Fleming Buildings Ltd has proven to be a positive experience. They have been proactive throughout the project and have liaised with the design team and the Client to foster a productive and engaging working partnership resulting in the delivery of a project with a high quality of workmanship. jmarchitects look forward to working with Fleming Buildings in the future.

The quality of workmanship was excellent and work was completed within the timescale set. Fleming Buildings was proactive in resolving issues that arose on site and were very good at managing their own quality of workmanship. We would be happy to work with Fleming Buildings again in the future.

Fleming Buildings won the contract at East Park to build new classrooms and residential accommodation for children with complex additional support needs. The team from Fleming were outstanding in their response to this, being respectful and responsive to the children and staff. Despite some difficult winter weather, the build went well and to budget. The Fleming team were pragmatic, flexible and proactive in working with East Park.

Fleming Buildings Ltd won a tender process to build a new community hub in Tranent and proceeded to work closely with the trust to fulfil our vision on time and on budget. The Trust have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Fleming and their employees throughout the project who we found to be very friendly, professional and welcoming. The quality of the work has been of an extremely high standard and delivered on time.

I write on behalf of the Church to record our thanks for the efficiency of your company and the kindness and professionalism of your on-site staff in seeing the restoration of our sanctuary to conclusion. This for us was a major contract completed on time and within budget where you worked well with the congregation from tender to completion. We owe you a debt of gratitude. Thank you.
