As we retain significant in-house tradespersons, investing in our teams is critical.

We invest in all staff but have always maintained our commitment to developing for the future. We are proud that over 10% of our employees are trade based apprentices with a new intake every year.

Our apprenticeship scheme is trade based, offering a long-term programme of personal development and hands on experience working alongside our established teams supported by relevant colleges to gain the formal qualification.

We are proud of our retention rate of our apprentices after the course is completed to become valued members of our team.

Many of our apprentices have gone on to further education leading to a variety of roles- ideally with Fleming Buildings however we are happy to see all develop to reach their own potential.
